Recommended Posts

KINGS ISLAND, Ohio – Kings Island prides itself on providing world-class thrills, fun and family entertainment for guests of all ages. Kings Island is also proud of the brave men and women who serve in the U.S. military and as part of the park’s Tribute to the Armed Forces program will offer free admission to military personnel during the Fourth of July Weekend.

From Friday, July 1 through Monday, July 4, any past and present military personnel will be able to receive a free regular admission ticket when a valid military ID or DD form 214 showing honorable or medical discharge is presented at the Front Gate admissions window. Along with free admission, military service men and women will be able to purchase discount admission tickets for members of their immediate family (maximum of six) at a special military discount price of $29.99, a savings of $23 per ticket!

In addition, Kings Island will pay tribute to the land of the free and the home of the brave with two nights of the Tri-State’s most dazzling fireworks display July 2 and July 3.

Kings Island’s Fourth of July Weekend fireworks extravaganza is one of the biggest displays in the region, with some blasts soaring to heights of more than 800 feet! The Eiffel Tower, breath-taking fireworks and patriotic music set against a backdrop of the park create a celebration unlike any other for everyone in the whole family.

To keep the excitement in high gear, Kings Island has extended its hours of operation until midnight on both July 2 and July 3 so guests can enjoy two extra hours of all the world-class thrills, fun and family entertainment the park has to offer.
