No, it will open in late 2006, not in spring 2006. As I understand it, initial groundwork is just now starting to get underway.

Yea if they wanted to open it up by the end of 2005 they could if they hired enough people and alot of money to get it done.

Last I was told they want it open for the 2006 summer season but they may have went back on that which mostly likely they did.
