  1. Hey, everyone! Well, I decided to post because I asked my friend today if they had heard anything about what's coming next year, since they work at Kings Island. My friend asked me if I had ever ridden Raptor at Cedar Point, to which I replied yes. They then said that "it's basically going to be that, except the biggest and fastest version ever built. They want KI to hold another record". So if what my friend says is true, and I feel very confident that I can trust them, then the new coaster is going to be a B&M Inverted Coaster, and it'll apparently be the tallest and the fastest. Sounds interesting!
  2. The title pretty much says it all. If you could choose what shows could be at the theaters in Kings Island, what would you want to see? At the International Showplace, I'd want to see maybe like an animal show. I remember watching one back in the 90s with a cat walking on a wire and jumping through rings. At the Planet Snoopy theater (or whatever it is called), I would want the Slime Time show again. That was so much fun to watch. But since Nickelodeon is gone, I guess some type of Snoppy show. At the indoor food place (I forget the name), I can't think of a new idea. A lot of people enjoy the country shows. Maybe put Flashback: Totally 80's in there too. At the Paramount Theatre (What to they call it now?), are they still showing the ice show? If so, maybe get a new theme. Last time I checked it was "School's Out" or something. And for a possible new "show", maybe put a halfpipe back in that clear space where the laser tag used to be. There could be skaters and bikers on there most of the day (switching on and off), doing tricks while people walk past or wait in line for Vortex. Post shows that you'd want to see.
  3. I'm definately going back to Orlando for this. I'm a HUGE Potter fan. I'm quite disappointed though, because I wanted to actually walk around inside the castle. But now that I realize it, they couldn't build a 600-foot tall castle. But I'm excited to see how they make the Forbidden Journey, or Project "Strongarm". When I think of it, I imagine a robot arm on a track, going around the "castle". But thats just in RCT3. ...OR IS IT?!
  4. Yeah, it does look like Expedition Everest. Just with a kids bear addition. Looks better if you ask me. I'm pretty excited for the Toy Story Land. I wish it was in America though...
  5. I'm very sad Scooby and Nick are leaving, but I'm excited to see the area changed to Peanuts-themed. I'll make sure to go to Nick Universe one more time before Planet Snoopy comes in though.
  6. I have recently began making a version of Diamondback on RCT3. I know it won't be perfect and I'll have to revise it several times, but I'll give it a go. I've already finished my rough draft of the ride and am currently adding custom supports. I want to get those finished before I show you some pictures. But here is a little teaser that I made. - Corkscrew
  7. I definately would want a Screamin' Swing at KI. It was one of my favorite rides at Cedar Point. I was one of the only people on it 2 hours after the park opened. :P
  8. If you guys haven't seen this, ScreamScape found it on Cedar Point's Facebook. EDIT: Looks pretty familiar
  9. Sounds cool. If they have something iCarly-related, I'm not going.
  10. Yeah, this does not look too exciting, apart from that 305 foot drop. And you're right, it is Maverick on steroids. I did enjoy those quick turns though. But those restraints kill if you push them down too far. Well, good for Kings Dominion.
  11. Yeah, its probably that old photo. I was about to say, he would've arrested for that. And plus, I find it hard to put my hands up on Vortex. :P Well, I found the picture.
  12. Has anyone seen Bruno yet? If you have, did you happen to see the picture of Bruno riding a roller coaster with his son, OJ? It looked exactly like Vortex to me. Bruno was going through the first loop, holding OJ up in the air above his restraints, and I could see the turn for the heartline loop and the turn to the brakerun below. If I can find a picture of it, I'll show you all.
  13. Yeah, but seeing some videos on YouTube will please me. =P Jurassic Park is a fun ride, especially the first time you ride it. And I graduated middle school. *yays**big achievement* Thanks. And here are your pictures to finish off your project. =P
  14. Thats unfortunate. I didn't even know Walt Disney World was still open that late. I'll pray for the driver's family. Thank god I went a few weeks earlier.
