Yes, you can still catch an Amtrak train at the Terminal, although currently the station is on the North side of the Terminal at the end of Kenner Street (which dead ends into the train junction). I'm not sure if this is and has been a permanent situation or if the station is just located there during the remodeling.

The last time I was at the Museum Center before this was for the "A Day in Pompeii" exhibit back in 2012. As far as what they are doing to the museum, apparently they are upgrading electric, plumbing and roofing, as well as completely restoring the building to its original glory. I do not think, however, that they are planing on rebuilding the sections of the museum that were demolished before the building was saved... but I'm not entirely sure.

I found it on http://www.roadsideamerica.com/, the website guide to unusual attractions, tourist traps, weird vacations, and road trips. I had never heard of it either until about two years ago.

I had a glazed doughnut burger at the Ohio State Fair a few years back and loved it. Goetta glazed doughnut sandwich... not so much.

Yes, it's mostly sea food that I can remember. I kept thinking of the 2 fish in the "Monty Python's Meaning Of Life." They were in a tank at a restaurant watching a fello fish get eaten and one was saying, "Poor Harry. Makes you kind of wonder what it's all about. The meaning of life, I mean." I think I had a burger with mashed potatoes, myself. I don't really care for sea food except for Long John Silvers, and that's the most unhealthy fast food there is so I rarely have it these days.
